At Thorsten van Elten, we want you to be completely satisfied with your home goods; if an item isn't right for your space, you can return it within 14 days of delivery. All returned products must be in their original packaging and in unused, resaleable condition.

Return Process

  Contact our customer service team via email with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Authorization number.

  Secure Packaging

  Carefully pack the items in their original boxes with all protective inserts to ensure they are not damaged during transit back to our warehouse.

  Ship the Item

  Affix the provided return label or use a tracked shipping service of your choice to send the package to our designated returns center.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
